Shipping locations

We ship all across Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping rates & times

All orders are packed and dispatched on Wednesdays.

Australia:

• Flat rate: $10 AUD
• Free shipping within Australia for orders of $80 or more
• Estimated delivery:
  • NSW: 2–4 business days from dispatch
  • Rest of Australia: 3-6 business days from dispatch
• All parcels include tracking.

New Zealand:

• Flat rate: $15 AUD
• Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days from dispatch
• All parcels include tracking.

Local pickup – Allambie Heights, Sydney

If you’re local to Sydney’s Northern Beaches, you’re welcome to collect your order directly from us in Allambie Heights!

Just select the “Local pickup” option at checkout, and we’ll get in touch to arrange a suitable time to collect.

Processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. If there is any reason for a delay, we’ll be in touch with you ASAP!

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you.
