We ship throughout Australia and New Zealand. 

What are the shipping fees and delivery times?

Shipping is free anywhere in Australia for orders of $80 or more. Please see our shipping page for more information about fees and delivery times. All orders are packed and dispatched on Wednesdays.

If I live in Sydney, is there a collection point?

Yes! If you live in Sydney, you have the option to contact us here, and we can arrange for you to collect. We are based in Allambie Heights on the Northern Beaches. 

What is your return policy?

We work very hard to make sure that every piece of jewellery that is sent out is in perfect condition, but should there be an issue with your piece of jewellery, please send it back within 14 days of receiving, in the same condition and package it was received to this postal address:

How do I care for my jewellery?

Please see our jewellery care page for tips and advice on how to care for your beautiful pieces. All necklaces ship with a soft, lint-free polishing cloth.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

Out of stock items will have a field for your email address – simply fill that in and click the ‘Notify me’ button. We’ll then email you as soon the item is available again.

I would like to send this as a gift, are you able to do this?

Yes, of course! Our jewellery makes the perfect gift whether it’s a birthday, anniversary or a “just because” gift. If you would like a personal, handwritten note included with the package, simply add your note to the “notes about your order” field during checkout.

All of our necklaces are packaged with love and care and will arrive beautifully presented, whether it’s a gift or for yourself!
